I'm doing taekwondo on saturdays and sundays for about 1 and a half hour.. and started to jog for about 2400 meters every evening.. I also do 30 sit-ups b4 I eat breakfast.. Do you think it's enough to lose weight? Anyway I just started jogging last week.. how many sit ups am I supposed to do 2 lose weight?? and do you have any advice? I'm 17 and I'm 50 kilos..I have to lose weight till october.. Help please..? thnx in advance =)
