I swim competitively for a club and consider myself a distance swimmer. I go 18:32.97 for 1500 LC (slightly slower than the provincial standard) I swim 8 times a week for about 20 hours, run 2 times a week, lift 2 times a week, but I want to be one of the top ranked nationaly (age group). I would appretiate any advice from coaches and other distance swimmers.PS. I'm 15 years old.
