What is the best way to transfer all of my mp3s that are in windows media player to itunes?

I believe you can select all your songs from your WMP and just do a drag and drop into iTunes. I know it works the other way around, since I've tried it.

But in iTunes, there's an option in File > Add Folder to Library that'll just add all the songs in the the folder onto your iTunes.

They are not in WMP, they are in a file on your computer. Find that file and use itunes to transfer the music into itunes.
