Question:

What is the best way to transfer money between a person in Ireland and myself in the United States?

My boyfriend lives in Ireland and I live in the US. We are booking a vacation together and I am booking it with my credit card. We are trying to find a way in which he can send me money now instead of handing me a fist full of cash when he arrives. It would be nice if we didn't have to worry about a bunch of conversion fees, etc. (Euros to dollars). Are there any services out there that anyone recommends? Suggestions?

  1. he should be able to go to his bank and transfer the money to you at your bank - i'm sure there are fee's ect... but it's all legal-

    Western Union & MoneyGram

    2.Money Orders

    U.S. Postal Service & Banks
