What is the best way to travel from Cochin to trivandrum and how long does it take?

If u take train it takes about 5 hours from Ernakulam to Trivandrum

There is the NH 47 which is about 5 hrs drive between Trivandrum & Cochin. Trains are also available which take about the same time.

I personally prefer driving and hence would recommend that or taking a cab because you have control of stops and breaks incase you need any.
