What is the best way to whiten you teeth?

i have tried the peroxide thing and it burns my gums is there any thing that i could do to whiten them with out the pain. i have also herd of the whiteing strips but do they really work and which one work the best and with out damege ing my teeth

Yeah, you're supposed to dilute the peroxide with water. If it burns your gums then you're using too much.

whitening strips do work, but you might have cold sensitivity with those.  Any whitening product can cause sensitivity.  I would not use the plain peroxide though!  If you want something that doesn't cost much, get crest white strips at the store.  If you want something a little better, see your dentist for a product that is a little stronger and a tray that fits your teeth.  None of these products damage your teeth.

I tried Peroxide for a while, too, and it didn't do anything!  What actually did end up working for me was a thing called Celebrity Smile which I got online at http://mycelebsmile.com/y/ for almost free!  The Whitestrips and Peroxide and all that actually hurt my teeth but this stuff didn't hurt at all and it was really quick.  My teeth are noticeably whiter now and I couldn't be happier..
