What is the best way to whiten your teeth at home?

i've spent so much money on kits and stuff, and they never work..

are there other ways to whiten your teeth at home without spending a ton of money on kits?

get some baking soda and put a tea spoon of an amount into your mouth and rinse it with water as if it were mouth wash. Then brush your teeth with baking soda as well with some amount of tooth paste. or you can just buy colgate whitening baking soda. which is about $3.

Arm&Hammer whitening toothpaste works really well on natural teeth but don't use it as a toothpaste, apply to your teeth (avoiding gums and lips) leave for 10 mins then rinse, do this till you get the result you want. If your teeth get sensitive after use Sensodyne in the same way.DO NOT EVER use household bleach or you'll probably end up in hospital!

Well simply first off.

ALWAYS brush your teeth, morning, afternoon, and night! Do mouthwash and floss, this helps keep them sparkling and healthy.

Crest White strips are a good alternative to spending tons of money. They work just OKAY, it certainly doesn't do wonders like on the commercials. Also try baking soda on your toothbrush. But if your willing to spend some big bucks, then you can have them professionally whitened this is really expensive but works (my brother did it)
