What is the best way to whiten your teeth?

do those whitening stips work? if so, which one seems to work the best? or does just regular brushing with a certain toothpaste work? i don't have the money to go out and get them bleached or lasered at a dentist.

All toothpastses use the exact same active ingredient in the exact same amount. Some put in little abrasive things that "polish" your teeth by sanding off the top layer. However, this will make your teeth sensitive.

Go to the dentist, have a custom tray fitted to your mouth/gums. Then use that with the take home whiting systems where you put peroxide/floride in the tray and then wear them at home for however long the system says to.
