What is the best way to whiten your teeth with braces?

I need the best way to whiten up my teeth.....(i have braces).....i need the most effective and possibly quickest way....(brushing alot doesnt count, i already know that)

You can't whiten your teeth while you still have braces on.

I've heard that you are not suppposed to whiten your teeth with braces because the glue spots don't get whitened.

To clean your teeth use a good ortho brush and the Platypus Orthos Flosser.

dont whiten them when you have braces,.

the part under the teath will still be dirty and you will have spots on them.

when you get yo braces off..

a cheap way to whiten your teeth is to use paroxide!

thats what i do.

or some kind of whitening mouthwash and toothpaste.

It is NOT a good idea to whiten your teeth while you have braces.  The parts under the braces and glue will stay dirty, so when your braces get removed, your teeth will be spotty.

No dentist will do whitening while you have braces.  I wouldn't recommend it.

Yeah, dude...I really don't think you want "tan lines" on your teeth! ;-)

Just keep them clean, avoid smoking and coffee and other staining agents and plan to do the whitening after the braces come off.
