What is the best weather software to track storms with street level mapping?

I've heard good things about it and quite a few in the meteorology community use it.  It is a bit pricy thought, ~$80 depending on which version you get.  But there is a free trial.  I also hear it's not completely intuitive, as you do have to download street layers or other layers you want to load from other websites...but the user forum is pretty helpful in getting you started.
