What is the best webcam?

i have vista. and i was wondering what webcam you would perfer? i would like to use the webcam on skype & aim. i want it to be clear and great. i would like it be up to 25 dollars or even less. answer i like 10 points free. please help.

Logitech makes excellent webcams. Google it.
