What is the best website for getting free ring-tones on your cell phone?

I am looking for a website that does NOT require downloading, as I don't have internet access on my phone. I have a V3 Motorola Razr. I also do not want any hidden fees or subscriptions. Thanks!

i'm pretty sure you can't. once you get a ringtone sent to your phone you have to get on your phone internet browser to download it. what you can do though is if you have friends that have ringtones on their phone and that their ringtones are UNLOCKED, you can then have them bluetooth them to you

1) upload your mp3 file

2) make your ringtone

3) they text it to you

4) FREE

5) if after a few minutes for some odd reason you dont get the text message,

    fire up your phone's browser, type in the address of the ringtone,

    and your phone will download it,

*  if you dont have internet, it wont work,

you need to buy something to load the ringtone on your phone,

or, simply buy a memory card (if you don't have a memory card, install drivers for your pc to recognize the phone)

, connect the data cable, and do this

Download the ringtone to your computer

Connect your usb data cable to your phone

Open your Windows Explorer, or your My Computer Icon

Look for the new driver letter which represents the phone's memory

Locate the ringtone from Ventones on your hard drive

Drag and Drop it over to your My Sounds or your My Music Folder

you cant. you need the internet on your phone in order to recieve something from the website. try using your bluetooth and getting some off of a friend
