What is the best website to book a villa in france?

we want a relatively cheap one in a nice area of france preferably with a swimming pool ( the villa that is , not the area of france!!) any help at all would be great thanks

Try www.abritel.fr. It's the website that the French use the most. It's written in several languages.

If you don't mind spending £20 or so, get Wishcraft to book something for you - they usually get money off holidays for us anyway, so you get your payment back in a way.  The owner is fluent in French I think, so might be able to look into it in depth for you!  Worth a try?

Just type into Google something along the lines of "Villa rentals in................................(area of France), and you will find all sorts of possibilities from letting agencies to individual villa owners advertising on the net.
