What is the best website to do a people seach from?

i wanted to do a people search for more than one person but i don't want to pay a lot. is there a website where you can just pay 1 fee and search as many people as you want?

You can search for free but you pay to get the details once you find them. I used a company called Intelius that you can Google. I paid $75 and was disappointed in what little info I got.
