ones that you pay are scams! you are never supposed to pay any1 to represnt you or to get auditions its against the law!

a real agency only gets paid 10-20 % of what you make doi g commercials etc.

As far as free websites, that have a lot of info and actual casting calls, I have become a huge follower of craigslist.

You have to be careful though, and really read the posts. Make sure that the auditions are held in a public place, public theatre, or a well known place. Also be aware of spam sites that frequently post false adds to try and scam people.

I've gotten all kinds of work from there. I went to craigslist Atlanta and just searched "Audition" under the talent section  and found all kinds of stuff. The trick is to check it every day, and eventually you'll start to find things that actually suit your type as well as what you want to do with your career.
