Go to the travel websites to find what airline gives you the lowest price and then go to that airline's website to buy your ticket.  You may see fares published on the airline's website that the travel websites do not have because the airlines want you to book with them instead of with the travel website.  If you buy your ticket through the travel website, the airlines have to pay a commission to the travel website.
