What is the best website to get directions based on traffic?

My old GPS could build routes for me based on traffic, but I had to get rid of it. I can't find a website online that has that feature. There is a bunch of construction in my area, so I would like to be able to get a traffic optimized route home from work. Any ideas? thanks.

    www.mapquest.com   this is the best in my opinion


  2. Google maps is pretty good with that if you live in a city.
