You can get picks for a number of sources.  The best thing to do is to learn to read the Racing Form and pick your own horses.  However, if you want to spend some money here is a list of sites:

www.tvg.com

www.equibase.com

www.drf.com

Most major newspapers will have a handicapping expert in the horse racing section of the paper.  These guys usually have a lot of information on the local track and can help you.
