What is the best weight gainer?

Ok so im 19, 194 pounds, and about 6 foot. Im in the best shape of my life, and im takin nitro tech hardcore as a weight gain. I want to get bigger, i feel im to skinny. Are there any better working products, or is this it?

DO NOT use those "supplements". They are sooooooo bad for you.

A better thing for you to do would be to eat lots of natural protien in your food.

Those supplements are just c**p.
