What is the best white water kayak brand?

Im new to the sport and Im trying to get ample gear before I take the school. Id like a nice kayak, not really "top of the line" but certainly adaquet for any white water. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, I live in Idaho so if you know of any schools in perticular Id appreciate it.
