  2. well i know people who have used that arm & hammer with baking soda one and i noticed their teeth were whiter almost immedatly

  3. well if you just put your toothpaste in the water then put some baking soda on it then the tooth paste it will work. i know theres one with baking soda in it but i havent tried it so i dont know but when i went into my dentist check up after using baking soda there was less plaque and they were whiter

  4. Get advice from your dentist. He /she should know your teeth better than anyone else.

  5. Well, my father and mother, both are dentist so i have a dentist family. I don't know much about dentistry and toothpastes but I do know one thing that FORHAN's is the best toothpaste. It is because of this toothpaste that we have never suffered any teeth problem from birth till now!!!

Next is your choice. I hope my advice would help!!

  6. I have tried ALL of the different kinds available!

Crest Whitening, Crest Vivid White, Rembrandt White, Colgate Plus Whitening, Tom's of Maine Plus Whitening, paint on's, gel's, whitening strips, mouthwash... etc...

I drink a lot of dark soda's, so that stains my teeth even though I REALLY try to keep them white.

I really saw results with the Rembrandt whitening ones. They are usually on the top of the shelves in white packages.

Eventually though, none of those gave me the desire i wanted, so i just broke down and bought a professional whitening set.

The whitening molds from your dentist can range from 30-100 dollars, but they are reusable.

And the gel you buy to go with them can be anywhere from 30-70 dollars, but you get about 20+ uses, and you can do it whenever you want.

    That's what i'd suggest.
