What is the best wiggi board to buy?

Do you mean ouija board?  It's pronounced like wiggi but...

Anyway, if that's what you mean then it doesn't really matter.  I got a really cheap one from a toy store and got some pretty weird answers when my friends and I messed around with it.  I mean, you could even draw all the letters out on a piece of paper and use a shot glass as the thing that moves over the letters.  But yeah, it really doesn't matter.  Did you even try it before asking this question?
