I tried out this really nice kind of cinnamon-woods mix and I think it's amazing. The only thing is that it's not meant to be a cologne. I'm just looking for something outdoorsy, something nature-influenced. Oh, and I'd like the stuff to go together too. Not just one cologne, because then I'd have to find something that mixes well with it, and chances are, there isn't much.

  1. I'm not sure if you are a man but I'm going to answer this question assuming you are. I just read this article on the top scent that draws a woman to a man, mens scents that women love the most and before I even read the number one answer I knew what it was. OLD SPICE. I know you are thinking "OLD SPICE"??!! "How OLD!" but I have to tell you that of all of the wonderful mens scents in the entire world, OLD SPICE has got to be the most perfect. It's spicy. Its woodsy, its MANLY. Nothing compares to it. NOTHING. even now in these days. I told my sons this who are 22 and 18. They had tried tons of different smells and never ONCE got complimented on how HOT they smelled until they tried OLD SPICE. I told them never to tell what they are wearing. Let it be their special secret. Now they swear by the stuff. Their guy friends ask them all of the time too, but they dont tell. women fall over themselves to bury thier noses in my sons necks and inhale deeply. "AAAhhhhhh....you smell SOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo good!"  they sigh. I guarantee you, it is the best smell. Test it. wear it. I guarantee you will get compliments and it can be your little secret.

  2. One good woodsy scent that I've used with success is Polo Explorer. A nice rugged scent in a nice bottle, it really captures that earth/wood note. Also, Emporio Armani Diamonds for men is completely different than the rest of the Armani line in that it actually contains that wood note, whereas scents like Attitude and Code + Acqua di Gio are completely lacking of such a note. The Diamonds would possibly mix well with the cinnamon as it is sweet, and a little spicy on the drydown.

  3. Sandlewood is a nice smell......
