I definitely think the recruitment thing is the best one looking at the current market positions.

Try them both! do the recruitment consultant thing first, that way you can see what companies want from prospective employees and you'll have contacts if ever you're stuck for work. Then try the estate agent thing but i don't know many people that have stuck it, usually it is a stop gap for something else. HTH and good luck with whatever you do :)

at this moment in time, with the current climate as it is with the housing market and a recession coming, Recruitment has to be the best bet ! good luck !
