  1. Travel Agent - I am one!

But there is so much that can go wrong if you book through a Internet site, who would you ring up to get help - A COMPUTER!

We can help even if your on the other side of the world.

    Travel Agent defiantly!

  2. For deals it's the internet. Other good Canadian sites to add to your search are www.itravel2000.ca & www.belairtravel.com.

    Enjoy.

  3. I've booked online this year 5 times and actually used redtag.ca  the last time I booked and was quite surprised that they had a follow up phone call to make sure that I had done everything correctly.  I would definitely use redtag.ca again for the online service.

Getting the best price would be from an online travel site as agents are pretty much all commission based and need to eat as well so you might not get the best price from an agent but also depends what you are booking.

I would recommend booking a cruise through a travel agent for extra questions that you might have but a flight to New York or vacation package to Cuba is pretty simple to book online.

  4. Selloffvacations is the cheapest from the research I've done. I've booked with them twice so far and have had no problems. I've booked probably 7 trips online now from various companies and have never had an issue. Contrary to what the girl above said, most online companies have a call centre that lets you speak to a representative if you have questions or concerns. They've always fully answered any questions I've had.
