Well, these days I am feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. And I don't know what the reason might be.

I don't want to feel like this any longer, so I would appreciate it if someone tells me what to do about it.. Thanks.

  1. If this is a constant feeling you have I would suggest seeing a doctor.

  2. Well as I see it there are 3 approaches. You can try to figure out what is bothering you, you can just try to find ways to relax, or best of all, both.

Figuring out what is bothering you can be tough sometimes.  To do this I would suggest keeping a notebook with you and write down what you were doing or thinking about when you got nervous and look for patterns.

The next approach is to find ways to relax, there are tons of them, check the source I reference for more info.  But as someone else here said breathing exercises are a fantastic place to start, they are easy and you can do them anywhere.  On the site I mentioned there is a page on them.

If you do find a pattern, find relaxation techniques that you can use when the thing that really stresses you pops up.

If the feeling is constant and getting worse seeing a doctor is not a bad idea, and if you have notes they can use that to help you even more.

    Cheers and good luck,

    Aaron

  4. I would say you could do a couple things:

    1) Do something you really enjoy (listen to music, read, draw, etc).

    2) Eat something you really like (ice cream, pizza, salad, etc.)

    3) Try deep breathing exercises (they can work)

    4) Go exercise. Get out of the house. Do something.

    5) Go see a psychologist, counselor, or therapist.

    6) Masterbation (not for everyone, but works)

    7) Talk with a close friend you trust

These are a few things you can do. I've been there. I know what youre talking about.
