Well the smallest would be an atom, in theory quarks without mass and also in theory even millions of times smaller infinitely to be correct, would  be tiny energetic one dimensional vibrating strings. The biggest thing I can think of is a galaxy. Can't say which is the biggest one because their are billions of them.

The largest structures in the universe are galaxies.  Galaxies also come in galactic clusters (clusters of galaxies), so you could even say those are the biggest.

Quarks are the smallest particle known, but it may turn out that quarks are made of even smaller things (like strings).

Space/time (the universe itself) is both biggest AND smallest since it contains both .

Multiplicity is an illusion....it's all ONE.

We just don't have a "Unified Theory" of it yet :)
