I am a former chef and have lived here for many years in Toronto, and while we have a number of Arabic grocery's, there more ethnically divided, I mean there are Lebanese, Iranian, Egyptian and others, but not alot of combined or one big central store unlike the Asian and Indian types.

I would scan the options on Yellow Pages.ca, for the one in your neighbourhood, I lived at one time in North York (Bathurst and Wilson) and while it was mostly Jewish there were 3 other Arabic stores and restaurants and a Filipino grocery to.
