what challenge threaten our existant the most? lack of fresh water? food shortage? new energy? environment? natural disaster? what is the single most concerned issue? what is the strategy if any has been developed?

Food shortage and global warming. Global warming is being addressed. Attempts at eliminating hunger are underway but are having problems due to the increasing cost of energy.

Money is usually a day to day answer, so theres not too much else to keep track of.  Id say space travel, is the next biggest "turn around".  Planet weird.
