Most full length courses in one area. An example would be St andrews. There is the new course, old course, jubilee course, eden course, etc.

What do you mean by "biggest"?  Maybe you want to know the longest course in the world? Golf courses aren't labeled as "the biggest golf course in the world" or "the smallest golf course in the world". They are labeled as "the most beautiful", "the hardest & most unforgiving"..."the oldest in the world"...and so forth. Try re-wording your question and you may get the answer you're looking for.
