India is superpower and has a growing economy, but the issue is that the majority of the people of India are in extreme poverty and are peasents and work for almost nothing a day. The people are starving and major disasters destroy the over populated cities every year, like flooding, earthquakes, and hurricanes. Only about 2% of Indians are rich, and these people are really really rich and live in mansions. The huge economy gives nothing to the people and everything to the rich. It is sad, but a very great country that needs to work better on it's social status like China.
