China has the biggest military, and as to which country has the most powerful military, I think none of us knows. I believe that Russia has the most nuclear warheads, and I suspect that their bombs are newer, and in an all-out war between the two, we are left to guess. Good thing is, nether is likely to attack the other, or China.
