That would be a "Dorm twin."  They run a bit longer than a regular twin and got the name as many dormitories and hospitals use them in case of tall students or patients.  These are generally hard to find linnens for except duing September and back-to-school events.

When you say "single" it usually refers to a "twin" which measures 38" x 75".  The largest beds available are either the "king" which measures 76" x 80" or the "california king" which measures 71" x 85".
