  1. Billing address is the address you put in the application, probably your home address.  Unless you use some kind of "mailing box" or external "post office" and listed that as your "billing address".  


  2. It is the address that the credit card sends your bill to. So if they send the monthly bill to your house, that is your billing address.

  3. Its the address where you would receive or like to receive (in case you have suppressed your paper statements) your credit card statement and other communication from the bank (whose credit card you hold).  

  4. The billing address is wherever you receive (or would like to receive, if you're just signing up) your monthly statement and any correspondence from your bank.

    Some people receive mail at their home address, while others use PO Box's or even have their mail delivered to their work.  It's all just a matter of preference.
