  2. A blue screen of death, or BSoD, is an error that the computer can't recover from and is usually associated with Microsoft Windows.  The term Blue Screen of Death refers to the fact that the screen the error is displayed on is blue and the computer needs to be restarted (hence, death).

Note that on operating systems other than Windows (like Linux and Mac OSX) this is known as a "Kernel Panic"

  3. Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . 4. A Blue Screen of Death (also known as a stop error, BSoD, bluescreen, or Blue Screen of Doom) is an error screen frequently displayed by certain operating systems, most notably Microsoft Windows, after encountering a critical system error which can cause the system to shut down to prevent damage.
