What is the book called for USCG recruits to study from prior to basic training?

I just finished my physical and a USCG member told me that my recruiter should have gave me a book to study my creed and terminology from however I can't remember what the book or study guide is called. Please Help.

He's right - it's "The Helmsman."  Very good book, and it will give you a chance to start memorizing your 11 General orders.
