What is the book defintion of a nileist?

So we have all seen the movie big lowbowski. Its a personal favorite of mine. In the move a character claims he is a nileist and doesn't care about anything. I heard another reference to nileist in h**l ride i believe this weekend. " ya its a nileist wet dream" this made me curious as to the websters definition and origin of the word. Well maybe I'm spelling it wrong or its just a cult movie thing, but i cant find anything any where not even wikipedia or urban dictionary. if you answer please site some sources if you have them. thanks
