What is the bracket key on your keyboard or mouse?

i was watching a Video on youtube about photoshop and the man talking said that you should use your "bracket keys" to change the diameter of the brush. What are bracket keys. I have windows. Is it maybe something you can only use on Mac or something?

This is a photoshop shortcut.  The bracket keys are the ones whose characters look like this:

They're usually next to the P.

a bracket key is this { } or this [ ]

it is the 12th and 13th keys in the first row with letters on your keyboard.

{ and } are braces, which you can get by pressing Shift+[ and Shift+].
