he has fluffy hair, green eyes, all grey

his fur on his back paws is long almost looks like he is wearing winter boots but short hair on front paws. here is is pic

He looks like a mix. And by your description of the fur on his legs, he might have ragdoll in him. And by his color he may have Russian Blue in him. Good luck.
