  1. ITS A METEORITE!!!  RUN FOR YOUR LIIIIIIIVES!!!!

    AAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Yep, that's the moon. I'm not on the east coast, but it looks the same out my window. :)

  3. You mean you missed the flight?  We are all way out here now.....  I think we see you waving, so so tiny.  Bye!

  4. if it's burning it's either a meteorite, satellite, or maybe even an UFO.

  5. yeah sorry about that you see a little.. we not really little more like a parking lot sized of my orange (not yt full adult) ladybugs got loose from my lab and the yellow moon looks like a cheese ball as they pass it

  6. This effect is caused by the atmosphere of the earth. The reason for the orange color is due to the scattering of light by the atmosphere. When the moon is near the horizon, the moonlight must pass through much more atmosphere than when the moon is directly overhead. By the time the moonlight reaches your eyes, the blue, green, and purple pieces of visible light have been scattered away by air molecules. That's why you only see yellow, orange, or red.

The moon can have an orange color at any time of the year. Sometimes the moon appears orange even when it's directly overhead. This occurs when there's a lot of dust, smoke, or pollution in the atmosphere. The size of those particles will determine the type of color you will see.

  7. It could be the moon.. I've seen photos of an orangish moon

  8. sorry about that.  close your windows and I'll try my best not to do that again.... my apologies
