  1. Its what cabbage's like you have for dinner.

I've heard of the cabbage and grapefruit diet!!!  For some reason the grapefruit is supposed to give you that little extra something!  UUrrrggghhh - DON'T DO IT!!!!   It's just a quick fix, the only weight you will lose will be water, and when you stop eating only grapefruit and cabbage, you will soon return to your normal weight!

  3. You basically make a giant pot of cabbage soup and eat it twice a day (imagine the breath?)

    It will cleanse your insides and nourish while you lose weight. Not pleasant though!

  4. How ethnic is that? Try the pineapple diet instead. At least you won't disturb the whole neighbourhood.

  9. the cabbage soup diet is discusting, gives you really bad breath and very smelly wind, it only works while your on it and then weight piles back on.

    fad diets can have some serious health complications as well believe me i've tried nearly every diet going.

    The ONLY way to go is to eat a sensible diet, plenty of fresh fruit and veg and loads of exercise.

    also visit your doctor, they can refer you to nutricianalist who can give you lots of advice, most surgerys now have partnerships with local gyms and you can get exercise on prescription, which means you can work out for free!
