What is the call for this play?

If a player shoots a 3 pointer from behind the 3 point line but jumps over it is it a 2 or three. and if a player shoots it from behind the 3 point line and lands on the line is it a 2 or 3 pointer.

It is a three pointer either way.  In basketball touching the line is the same as being inside the line.

The shot counts from wherever his feet leave the ground when going up for the shot.

If the shooter's feet are outside the three point line when he goes up and shoots the three and makes it, it counts as three even if his feet land on the inside of the 3 point arc.
