I use the computer at the library, which doesn't allow me to install the Flash program needed to read Burger King's site.

So... what are the calorie counts for these Burger King items?

- Hamburger

- Cheeseburger

- Double Hamburger

my cousin worked for BK while losing weight on WW, her tactic was to always ask for the smaller roll with her grilled chicken sandwich and skip the mayo..  ask for extra lettuce..  or you can cut back the way my dad does..  eat the burger upside down and ditch the bottom side of the roll which soaks up a lot of the grease..

Ok  it took me FOREVER but I finally found everything.

Ok it doesn't give the exact calories but it says an estimate.
