  1. It's basically called a DOLLY SHOT, but specifically described as DOLLY IN while ZOOMING IN while adjusting to maintain the composition; or DOLLY OUT while ZOOMING OUT while adjusting to maintain the composition.

    As you move forward with a video camera zoom out. You can test this next time you are in a car, preferably not driving.
