Since this is being asked in the Israel section I would have to answer:

Jerusalem.

Otherwise, I would have guessed Mogadishu [mogaˈdɪʃu] (Somali: Muqdisho, popularly Xamar; Arabic: مقديشو‎ Maqadīshū; Italian: Mogadiscio), which is the largest city in Somalia and the nation's capital.

So far I have accumulated 3 thumbs down.  Since every word I wrote is correct, the only reason for the negative votes is connected with my OTHER answers, my religion or my nationality.  Take your pick.  

But it  does show that the Yahoo! Answers staff is not doing its job.
