It could be one of three problems. bad logic board(control board) or a driver board or a bad panel. Your model has either driver boards along the top of the set or along the bottom. Suspect the board that is located directly above or below the line. The cost of these baord is not cheap and you would be better off paying a diagnosis fee at a shop rather than trying to return for a refund and the odds are probably a bad panel.
