The Communist method of accounting where every bit of salary or bribe is turned into a central bank is the worst system in the world.  Then they want to enjoy the facilities of another country that already has roads, telephones, and internet hookups.   If they build it themselves they use slave labor and don't pay salaries to the employees.

Communist-leaning countries accept foreign aid handed out by trusting souls who think other countries are benevolent like their own and will hand out welfare or subsidize housing or create roadways, railroads, or ferries.   They keep the money for foreign aid in central treasuries in the name of a few rich people and never give nothing to no one and everyone stays poor.

I always think the main reason is overpopulation. It simply cheapens the value of the average person because their skills or labor value are easily replaceable in an overpopulated place.

The cause could be that a right to peace,the right for all citizens to own the planet together, The Right to Free Speech, The Right to an Attorney and such are not available.

The reason corruption can endure is also there is no right to protect The Environment and to have an unpolluted Environment give a strong backing to the necessity of survial through protection of The Environment. The other reasons are that the right to a good standard of living is not in one either. Were all these automatic rights warfare,corruption, and poverty might end.

becauce when it is winter or a season that effects farming and service industries,all that money from importing and exporting goes to the goverment.if the goverment hasnt got much to export,[or send out maunufactured goods,farming,heavy industry,etc.]then the economy goes down hill and less money comes in to support the countries need that they import.So most countries end up choosing to import needs any way and ignore the fact that the homeless and even middle class people need that money and now,becase of them,they have know well-fare since America is a Well Fare STate[i know it is a country but thats just what they call it in every other country that has it!!!]

If you can take a financial institution and drive it into the ground by ignoring every basic financial principle,while collecting multiple tens of millions of dollars yearly there has to be something wrong with the system and the leadership that allows such reckless practises .... not just to happen but to flourish! Legalized corruption plagues the country and world that makes organized criminals look like amateurs.

Hey, I'm living in one of the poorest country in the world. The leader is just a man or a woman following the rules given, he can't change the poverty much( i don't think anyone else can do either) but do some small improvements.

The most important is the policies , whether its harbours is open to foreign ships or not. Or its land is free to foreign investors.The more investors, the wealthier the country to be.

Take a look at Zimbabwe, it chased Whites out soon its economies collapsed because of WHAT? Technologies.
