It's the same in Sarajevo -Bosnia, I think it happens everywhere..

People are just ... destroying everything... I think that's the lowest

of all of us ... but what can you do. nobody obviously wants to do anything so... we'll just keep questioning and...answering...

One aspect:

A societal unrest tipping point can be reached when too many people are competing for too few jobs, particularly if native born citizens perceive that they are being shut off from jobs which are now being filled by new immigrants.

However, these citizens who perceive that their job sources are diminishing because of undue outside influences must realize that such is life in our current societal make-up.  They need to realize that they must continually advance and diversify their job skill sets so that they can easily adapt to unforeseen economic fluctuations.

Instead of decrying their fate and resorting to violence, they can choose to channel that energy into continually retooling and refining their job skills.
