could be the fuel you are using, try using the premium grade (91) octane.  Your bike has high compression that require higher octane for proper combustion.

Chain is probably clacking against the swing arm. Very common.

Edit: Al answer didn't fit the question but I'm just glad to see somebody else understands the value of using premium gas in a sport bike.

its the rice pouring out of your exhaust
