  1. Main one was Germany's economic depression due to the Treaty of Versailles where they had to pay for war reparations from WWI. The Depression led to the rise of the n**i's and eventually the invasion of Poland

  2. What "are" the causes of WW2?  Check out my power point if you want.

Certainly, oil was the cause for war between the USA and Japan because the US froze assets that belonged to Japan and embargoed Japan from buying oil from our oil fields in the Philippines.  Japan needed that oil to fight China.

In Europe, the war was caused by German racism, their need for "living space", desire for more resources such as oil, appeasement of Hitler (making him think he could get away with seizing territories).

  3. a big cause of WW2 was WW1, the biggest deal with both was Oil!

If you don't believe it, then prove me wrong.

  4. It is the crazy totalitarian n**i point of view. Hitler and his gang believed that the German (Ari) race is superior to other races, and that they should conquer Europe and later the world. Of course, they failed.

  5. Many people say that WWI was the cause of WW2. Because at the end of WWI, the Allied Powers took alot from the Germans (Allied Powers thought that the Germans were responsible for pretty much everything and that they should have to be responsible for it.) So Germany lost alot of land, and all of their military from the Treaty of Versaille. So, Hitler was determined to get the land back for Germany. So he began asking other countries in Europe to give him just a little land, and each time he asked the leaders would give it to him to avoid a war. Well, then Hitler decided he would try to do the ultimate - take over Poland.. And I'm sure as you know, that didn't go over very well with everyone else. And that's how WW2 was started. If you have any other questions about WWI or WW2 I could probably answer them.. I learned about it in school for like 3 months.. It's actually really interesting.

  6. The Ver. treaty which unfairly blamed Germany for WW1 and as a result caused a 2nd WW to undo these injustices.  That is why war btole out in Europe.  As far as for Asia there were many reasons usually related to the English (mainly) trying to create and keep a world wide empire.  The Japanese attempted to convince the rest of the Asians that the Europeans had no business being there an the Asians should unify, but in part because of the European war and the desire by the colonial powers trying to maintain control all h*** broke loose. Not to mention FDR forcing a Japanese attack on the US to get us involved in WW2.  That was FDR's greatest desire as president, and his lies and biases got him his way.  A lot like Bush has recently done to America with Iraq - but except for Britian, very few countries fell into this trap this time.

  7. that's like asking which individual cigarette it was that gave you lung cancer.

  8. Basically, Hitler went wild. The general cause of the war was Germany invading Poland, but little do most people realize is that Hitler did not stop, nor did the League of Nations do anything to help the cause. Hitler, in control of Germany at the time, seeked power and control. Therefore, he invaded Poland, and Czechoslavakia. The Treaty of Versailles treated Germany with supposed 'harsh punishment' and if I'm not mistaken, the League of Nations did not include one of the more powerful nations at the time, us.

Hitler invaded Austria, violating the Treaty of Versailles and the Allies failed to do anything about it. Then he moved onto the Czech's main defensive wall, and yet the Allies still didn't act.

Not only was the war caused by Hitler's desire for  expansion, but also Mussolini and Japanese imperialists. Germany, Italy and Japan all wanted to take over more territory and either enslave or exterminate the people living there.

World War II was caused by desires for expansion, and the fact of blindness by the League of Nations and laziness of leaders to do anything about the bad.
